## Key Facts
- PMTP is required under CA Health & Safety Code 18876.1 and Title 25, Div. 1, Ch. 2.3
- Compliance deadline was May 1, 2026, or within 1 year of a manager's hire date
- Parks that missed the deadline can still become compliant by completing PMTP now
- Initial training: 6-8 hours + online exam; continuing: 2-4 hours every 2 years
- Pricing: $345 per manager (1-9 licenses), $245 each for 10 or more
- Multi-park managers complete the training once; we coordinate HCD submission per park
- We notify HCD electronically; HCD issues the Certificate of Compliance
