The course is very lengthy prepared to send the actual 6-8 hours as advertised. With all I had to do it took me a week to read the orientation. There is a lot of information and much of it does not apply to management but is still interesting. I think the owners should have to take this test also or be divided up to managing and building MH parks. The questions to pass the test are not difficult but could have more than one answer so I had to take it twice. That is really my own complaint.

"I recently took the required CA Park Manager Certification Training Program and also renewed my salespersons license right after that. It was a lot of training all at once but the support you get from MH Trainer is amazing and that made it a lot less stressful. CEO Yvette Hitchens is an amazing person who cares about her "students" and wants them to succeed. To that end, she went above and beyond every time I had a question or couldn't figure out how something worked (older student here!) so I felt like I had someone in my corner the entire time I was working toward my certification and license renewal. As far as the actual courses go, I actually liked all the courses I took and found them to be very engaging and enjoyable. I've been in this industry...at the same property...since 1992 so I believe I'm qualified to say that you will be very happy if you choose MH Trainer for your certification and occupational license training."
